Q: Do you provide free shipping within the UAE and GCC?

 

A: Shipping within the United Arab Emirates:

 

Dates Oasis offers free shipping to all its customers within the UAE, on all products purchased online with a minimum value of above AED 350 or USD 100.

 

Items purchased of a value lower than AED 350 or USD 100 can be collected from our office directly by contacting our customer service department or we can arrange to deliver/courier the items to you as well . This service comes at a fixed delivery fee of AED 35.

If you choose to collect your order placed online from our location in Dubai we will extend a further discount of AED 30 on your order.

 

(Delivery service is provided within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly request you to arrange a pickup of your orders from our office in Dubai)

 

 

Shipping to GCC countries. (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, UAE) 

 

At Dates Oasis E-Mall, we offer free shipping to GCC countries for any products with a minimum value above AED 750 or USD 200 only.

 

Items purchased online of a lower value than AED750 or USD 200 will be charged a fixed delivery fee of AED 120 on each item.

 

 

Q: Do you Ship Internationally, is it free?

 

Dates Oasis E-Mall is working hard on offering Free International Shipping in the near future, however Currently it comes at a 'Cost' i.e.: a nominal fee relevant to the Port of Destination.

All international orders will be shipped, with an additional charge (at COST), via FedEx International Priority®.(except within GCC)

How much is it? Well, It varies for different Countries, our customer service department will get in touch with you regarding the shipping charges, once you've made your purchase, or if you would like to know more prior to purchase. Please note that all International shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities of U.A.E and of the relative Port of import. All Biling and Shipping information contained will be provided to the concerned authorities as part of the customs Clearance Procedures. 

 

Q: Who will deliver my Order?

 

Dates Oasis E-Mall has tied up with some of the leading names in the shipping and logistics industry like Aramex, Fedex, and Emirates Post to deliver your shipments safely, securely and on time. However, www.datesoases.com  reserves the right to change the shipping partner as per business needs.

  

 

Q: Can I track my order online?

 

 A: Yes, You can always track your orders by clicking on the “Track My Order” for Fedex Shipments and Track Your Aramex Shipment or “Track and Trace” at Emirates Post’s Website or our Customer service team can provide you with the same. This feature provides you with the most recent update on orders placed by you on our web portal www.datesoases.com

 

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?

 

 A: All Deliveries purchased online will be shipped the very next day from the date of Confirmation of full payment, subject to the mode of payment chosen by the customer, and correct delivery address details provided to our Customer Service department. Any unforeseen delays can be tracked online directly by you on 'Track My Shipment' and you will also be informed immediately by the customer service staff at www.datesoases.com

 

Please note that any order submitted and fulfilled on the site after 5.00 pm UAE time would be considered for processing on the next working day. (We work from Saturday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 7.30 pm, excluding UAE public holidays)

 

 

Q: What happens if the order delivered to me is Damaged/Broken?

 

A: We at Dates Oasis E-Mall stand by every piece of dates packages we sell and warrant that at all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.  We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing the Sales Invoice given by the delivery agent. In the unforeseen event that there is ever a problem with your items received, please contact our Customer Service department who will assist you with the process.

 

Q: Do I pay additional charges, duties, taxes etc. upon receipt of my Order?

 

 A: For all International Orders Purchased Online and shipped via our courier partners, the Customer is responsible to comply with laws and Regulations for import of the merchandise ordered into the Port of Destination(Country). Any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any custom handling charges will have to be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different Countries.

In most cases the courier company, delivering the parcel is advised by the local customs authority about the taxes or import duties, if any. The local office of the Courier company will then contact you to update the same. If you are tracking the order online the message on the tracking of the airwaybill will mention "Held in Customs - Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment"

 A: Yes, all orders placed on www.datesoases.com are 100% fully Insured, from the time it leaves our Order fulfillment facility in Dubai till it reaches your door step, Safely, Securely and on Time.
